    Position: Occupational Therapist
    Location: Monterey, California
    Employment Type: Full-Time, W2 Contract

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' occupational therapy needs.
    • Develop and implement effective and individualized treatment plans.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and parents, to support students' success.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.

    Qualifications:

    • Valid California Occupational Therapist license
    • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
    • School-based experience is preferred
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
