    Position Overview
    This position is critical to handling the numerous logistical items relative to the women's basketball team.

    This position will be responsible for all video aspects for the program, maintaining the NIKE relations and inventory, game scheduling coordinator, offensive and defensive efficiency analyst, facilities liaison, coordinator and supervisor for managers and practice players and management of scouting opponents, team travel logistics for away competition.

    Duties and Responsibilities 1. Manage team travel for away competition.
    2. Manage film exchange program (BIG EAST program and non-conference opponents)
    3. Develop Playbooks for coaches and student-athletes. This includes production and maintenance of video playbook as well.
    4. Game schedule coordinator.

    This function includes securing non-conference opponents, negotiation of terms (including game guarantees) and execution of game contracts and liaison with BIG EAST conference for yearly schedule.

    5. Equipment coordinator and liaison with NIKE representative. Handle all NIKE orders and inventory management.
    6. Women's basketball summer camp director.

    This includes ordering of participant shirts and supplies, registration logistics and management, hiring and oversight of camp instructors, and camp day logistics.

    7. Statistical analysis for coaches including offensive and defensive efficiency analysis, shooting chart organization.
    8. MIPP Organizer.
    9. Scouting coordinator. Includes management of scout team (practice players)
    10. Develop practice/practice scribe on a daily basis.
    11. Organize and implement player drill log.
    12. Coordinate managers & practice players.
    13. Supervise managers and student workers.
    14. Supervise intern responsible for video coordination/assistance.
    15. Schedule practice times and locations (gyms)
    16. Liaison with Facilities Staff.
    17. Accountability Group leader for staff and student-athletes.
    18. Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Bachelor's degree required. 2-5 years of experience working in college athletics. Background in coaching preferred at the Division I level is highly preferred. Good computer skills needed. Good written and oral communication skills necessary.
