    The Project Administrator plays a vital administrative support role at UES, ensuring projects run smoothly by coordinating team efforts facilitating project execution.

      • Prepares action plans conducts risk analyses opportunities gathers necessary resources.
      • Initiates coordinates submission of project proposals contracts modifications assures correct closure of completed projects
      • Assists budget planning tracks expenses predicts costs assesses reports expense vs. budgets impacts
    • Leads staff preparing cost estimates implements uses tools review track new ongoing projects proposals addenda/discuss updates liaison clients analysts team leaders top management Provides contractual guidance assistance prepares submits project proposals required admin support ensures contract compliance Communicates external clients resolve contractual issues
