    Join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of others We are looking for a Team Support Specialist for our LHCSA line of business.

    This is a remote role with potential travel/commute into the FreedomCare hub closest to you.

    Department & Position Overview:

    The LHCSA Team Support Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the coordination and recruitment side of the business, filling in the gaps where needed. This individual will receive comprehensive training on both recruitment and coordination responsibilities, providing them with a 360-degree view of the operations. You will work alongside your team members to provide exceptional customer service to clients and caregivers.

    Every Day You Will:

    • Assist with day-to-day overflow of work for Coordinators and Recruiters
    • Provide support when either a HHA Recruiter or Coordinator is out on PTO
    • Help monitor daily workflows to ensure compliance with standard policies and procedures
    • Assist in identifying system or workflow areas of opportunity
    • Additional duties will be assigned as needed for the business

    Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

    • 3+ years of customer service experience; ability to provide a seamless Customer Service experience including interacting with customers, answering customer inquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints
    • Experience with data input, case review and building rapport and confidence with team
    • Computer proficiency required; ability to leverage technology to identify, research and solve customer issues
    • Excellent communication and organization skills
    • Must have poise and patience when dealing with customers
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish, or other languages desired
    • Willingness to learn and be training in both recruitment and coordination responsibilities
    • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others

    At FreedomCare, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides our employees with the opportunity to professionally grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $18.00 and $23.00 an hour at the commencement of your first year of employment. Compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors which may include, but are not limited to: skill set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications.
