- Los Representantes de Ventas al Detal (RSR) trabajan como parte de un Equipo de Expertos en Ventas al Detal para darle vida a la marca T-Mobile

- Como Representante de Ventas al Detal, deberás completar exitosamente el entrenamiento de nuevos empleados
- Desarrollar habilidades en servicio y ventas, ofreciendo una experiencia de clase mundial y fidelizando clientes:
- Ayudar a los clientes a continuar su recorrido de compra, ya sea en línea, con Servicio al Cliente o en la tienda
- Explorar necesidades individuales y demostrar la última tecnología en la tienda
- Vender lado a lado con el cliente para encontrar soluciones personalizadas más allá de un simple plan o dispositivo, incluyendo accesorios únicos y equipos IoT innovadores
- Abordar las necesidades de servicio y ventas con calma, integridad y compasión
- Utilizar consistentemente herramientas digitales en interacciones y procesos de integración para demostrar:
- La cobertura de nuestra red LTE ultrarrápida en el vecindario del cliente
- Cómo los planes y servicios de T-Mobile les permiten vivir sin límites, sentirse valorados, mantenerse conectados e ir más lejos

- Colaborar con empleados de T-Mobile en otros canales (ventas corporativas y servicio al cliente) para:
- Compartir la responsabilidad de la experiencia del cliente y resolver problemas sin complicaciones
- Identificar y canalizar clientes potenciales de pequeños negocios
- Apoyar iniciativas de equipo y fomentar un ambiente inclusivo
- Pasión por servir al cliente y ser auténtico en cada interacción

- 6 meses de experiencia en servicio al cliente y/o ventas (preferible en ambiente de ventas al detal)
