Senior Accountant
Location: San Francisco, CA (On-Site)
7-Month Assignment (potential to extend / convert)
Pay: $50-55/ HR

Our leading transportation technology client is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team and support the revenue operations team. This amazing opportunity in a quickly developing team will make an immediate impact to the business.
Responsibilities:

• ssist in managing the monthly close.
• ssist in balance sheet reconciliations and flux analyses in accordance with close calendar timelines.
• ssist in support of external audit, including preparation of audit requests and ongoing support.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to facilitate streamlined processes.
• ssist in documentation/implementation of internal controls and ensure SOX compliance in areas of responsibility.
• Proactively identify process inefficiencies and offer suggestions for improvements.
• Perform special, ad-hoc projects in Accounting/Finance as requested.

Education & Experience

• BS in Accounting/Finance, CPA license preferred.
• 4+ years in Accounting, including public accounting experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong accounting research and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Microsoft with a strong emphasis on Excel is a must; Oracle Cloud/ERP experience is preferred.
• Experience with revenue accounting
