Job summary
The Maintenance Support Technician performs maintenance and repairs on facility plumbing electric heating cooling grounds/site maintenance and other building systems.- Respond to Campus Work Order (WO) maintenance requests/work orders.
- Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings installed systems including but not limited to: plumbing systems roofs drains electrical painting HVAC.
- Maintain lighting systems throughout the facility replace bulbs lamps ballasts.
