    The Role

    As a Product Manager your main mission is to translate our customer's needs and business goals into requirements for our developers and realities for our roadmap.

    What You'll Do:

    • Develop and own the comprehensive product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
    • Conduct market research, gather customer insights, analyze data, and define product requirements that deliver value.
    • Prioritize features and requirements based on customer needs, business impact, technical constraints, etc.Define product specifications, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
    • Make product trade-off decisions regarding schedule, scope, and costs.Create business cases, market requirements docs, PRDs, etc. to share product vision.
    • Instrument analytics to measure success metrics and make data-driven decisions.
    • Develop and own comprehensive product strategy and align with business objectives.
    • Work cross functional across all areas of the organization including technology, go-to-market, sales and customer experience.

    Talents you'll bring:

    • 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in a cross-functional software environment
    • Strong technical background with ability to effectively communicate with engineers
    • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
    • Ability to understand customer needs and transform them into product capabilities
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with creativity to drive innovation
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related field

    The base salary range for this role's listed level is currently $110,000 and $150,000. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members and alignment with market data.
