    HybridLocation: Hybrid at Kohler, WIOpportunityThe Marketing Manager- Marketing Operations is the central contact point for all project work that flows through the department.

    This associate will facilitate workflow for all Kohler Home Solutions Marketing initiatives, ensuring maximal efficiency.

    They will set project milestones, create project timelines, and track schedules to ensure all deliverable deadlines are met on time and on brand.

    This position is responsible for the performance of demand generation online and offline.

    Working with the Content, Digital Product and Channel Teams, this associate will coordinate specific people to perform the steps required to complete the job.

    They will have experience managing multiple competing priorities and coordinating overlapping deadlines and should feel comfortable working in a matrixed organization serving as the main point of contact for key channel partners, translating needs into actionable marketing plan.

    They are detail-oriented and take pride in executional excellence.

    Specific Responsibilities Responsible for meeting the demand generation goals across the total Kohler Home Solutions business Responsible for the management of the Luxstone Showers pay per inquiry dealer funded lead generation programResponsible for migrating our Walk in Bath lead generation from the current Kohler funded model to a dealer funded, Kohler managed modelImplement marketing best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness of our entire marketing team.

    Manage marketing operations by developing processes, owning execution, and ensuring healthy delivery and performance across digital and non-digital demand generation initiativesPrioritize project work and create realistic project timelines, ensuring seamless workflow, cross-channel collaboration, and adherence to deadlines.

    Own the knowledge base of demand generation campaign insights, managing the development of reporting tools and analytics needs that will support the channel teams.

    Create and maintain comprehensive integrated Home Solutions Marketing Calendar and collaborate across broader Marketing team, within Home Solutions and across total KBNA marketing to manage and socialize the Universal Marketing Calendar.

    Lead weekly meetings with Marketing Leadership to share updates on priorities and update on project completion; leads feedback sessions with marketing teams to move projects to completion.

    Manage roadmap of CRM and Marketing Automation functionality as part of a cross functional team. Helps oversee budgeting and campaign prioritization process for Kohler Home Solutions business initiatives.

    Supports monthly content planning by leading activation and operationalization efforts to ensure campaign, creative, and ensure campaigns creative and monthly offers are provided according to schedules.

    Drive active coordination between content, campaign planning, agencies and channel leaders including Email, Digital Media and Traditional Media to effectively understand and deliver upon customer engagement needs.

    Manage workflows through a project management software like Basecamp, Workfront, or other leading software. Improve the enablement of leads for Kohler Home SolutionsSkills/RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required.

    MBA/MS preferred 8-10 years of experience in Customer Acquisition and Conversion, Sales, Marketing, Channel Management Experience executing large scale marketing campaigns in at least one digital marketing channel such as FB Ads, SEM, email, display, etc.

    Thorough understanding of the creative, production and integrated marketing process.

    • Previous supervisory experience preferred. Cross-functional experience preferred. Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, CRM (Salesforce), is a plus. Power BI and Microsoft Suite products strongly preferred.

    The
    salary range for this position is $138,350 - $177,900. The specific salary
    offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including
    the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental,
