    As a part of our team, you're made ready for a fulfilling career with exciting new challenges and opportunities to stretch yourself The Compensation Analyst will analyze data that will inform future decisions regarding the design and implementation of incentive programs to suit the businesses' needs.

    The successful candidate will not only have strong technical skills, but also the ability to summarize difficult-to-understand data effectively to aid efficient decision-making by management.

    This role reports into a small team with a great working relationships, the structure of which allows for exposure to senior management.

    This role will require the incumbent to perform the following duties:

    • Analyze financial data, including historic production levels and future projections, to support the Reward team's design of incentive programs that will suit the businesses' needs.
    • Analyze data relating to compensation cost and expense in order to assess affordability and funding allocation between divisions and understand year-over-year comparisons and impact to colleagues.
    • Monitor and track compensation expense and projected spend relative to plan and ensure Finance has all necessary information to properly account for such expense.
    • Distill data into the most material elements and then present summary level information effectively to aid in efficient decision-making by senior management.
    • Share and present data in a way that demonstrates conclusions or presents alternative solutions.
    • Effectively collaborate and build strong relationships with peers in the Consumer business and in Finance.
    • Provide analytic support for HR due diligence in corporate acquisitions.
    • Contribute to special Reward projects as necessary, particularly those that have data analytics as a heavy lift.
    • Assist in the preparation and coordination of compensation committee materials.

    Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years experience in an analyst role, preferably at a consulting firm.
    • Expert level skills in MS Excel skills & MS PowerPoint.
    • Familiarity with financial statements and financial terminology. Finance degree or background preferred.
    • Strong project management skills.

    Other Context:

    • This role is uniquely positioned to interact with senior management due to role location and small nature of team
    • Interview process will include the completion of an Excel task while at the second interview to ensure technical acumen

    Work Schedule:

    • Hours per Week: 40
      Work Schedule: M-F
