Title: Occupational Therapist
Certifications: BLS, CA OT License, Covid Vaccine
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)
Shift Length:8 hours (40hr/week)
Duration: 13 months

MUST BE CHT CERTIFIED OR 5 YEARS WORKING IN HAND THERAPY.

MUST HAVE PHYSICAL AGENT MODALITIES CERTIFICATE PAM

What is the work schedule for this position? 8-4:30 M-F
