    Available Shifts (Monday – Thursday)

    2nd Shift: 4:00pm - 2:30am

    Location: 340 40th St N, Fargo, ND 58102

    Introduction

    As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving the quality of our products and services. You will ensure that our products meet customer requirements and industry standards while improving our processes. You will be expected to analyze test results, and report on trends. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be crucial to the success of our organization. We look forward to your contributions as Quality Assurance

    Job Duties:

    • Maintain quality assurance standards and procedures.
    • Monitor product and process performance against quality standards.
    • Investigate customer complaints and non-conforming materials.
    • Coordinate corrective action process with production and other departments.
    • Ensure that all quality objectives are met.
    • Sample and test finished products and raw materials for chemical, physical and sensory characteristics.
    • Gather, record, and interpret data.
    • Communicate results and computer entry of data.

    Job Requirements (Willing to train):

    • Previous experience as a Quality Assurance Technician, Sample Technician, or other related position preferred.
    • Knowledge of food or grain safety standards and regulations preferred.
    • Ability to identify, analyze and troubleshoot quality problems.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Understand food or grain processing and production techniques helpful.
    • Experience with sampling equipment and testing procedures helpful
