    About the role


    At Reckitt, your project management skills can make a significant impact. We're seeking a Workplace, Facilities, and Real Estate Manager to be responsible for overall Real Estate, workplace & facilities strategy at our Evansville campus, home to R&D, Manufacturing and commercial offices. This includes managing the day to day hard and soft services through 3rd party contracts providers.

    Your responsibilities

    • Create a great and consistent end-user experience across the entire campus.
    • Identify ways to optimize space and operating costs and ensure the upkeep of maintenance of buildings
    • Coordinate repairs and upgrades of existing and new equipment and ensure they meet all health and safety standards
    • Ensure the safety of the environment for all employees along with EH&S
    • Handle service contracts, including but not limited to catering, security, cleaning, AV, landscaping, copy/mail room, company store, HVAC, and general maintenance
    • Own and effectively manage the site facilities budget
    • Demonstrate an understanding of processes within a Facilities Management organization by demonstrating understanding by collaborating/partnering across all disciplines within facilities.
    • Present and engage in discussion with a diverse level of internal and external stakeholders
    • Liaise with colleagues across the R&D, Supply and Manufacturing communities to ensure projects do not impact Manufacturing and other business deliverables
    • Identify and lead facilities CAPEX projects

    The experience we're looking for


    Bring 7+ years of relevant experience managing a complex campus operations and facilities management

    Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Workplace & Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Certification in Facility Management, Engineering, Business, or technical training is considered a plus

    Have a people management experience and project management experience

    Demonstrate a track record of managing a P&L and budget

    Have an understanding of sourcing/procurement, building systems, maintenance, vendor management, and customer service

    Bring strong knowledge of facility infrastructure reports and restoration and sustainable infrastructure and practices

    Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project)

    Have experience in reading and translating CAD/blueprints

    Bring a proven ability to work with a variety of both internal and external stakeholders

    Possess excellent written and verbal skills with proven negotiation skills
