    We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team in entry-level Customer Service Positions. In this role, you will receive full paid training to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to provide excellent customer service and support for our fundraising events.     Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees, donors, sponsors, and volunteers.
    • Assist with inquiries, registrations, and ticket sales for fundraising events via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
    • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while addressing customer concerns and resolving issues effectively.
    • Educate customers about event details, programs, and initiatives to encourage participation and support.
    • Work closely with internal teams to coordinate event logistics, including registration, check-in, and attendee assistance.
    • Ensure accurate record-keeping of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for future reference and reporting.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a team-oriented setting.
    • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
