to
play a key role in interpreting complex datasets to derive actionable insights that drive the firm's DEI business decisions, strategies, and initiatives.
Leading efforts to collecting, organizing, and analyzing data related to diversity, equity, and inclusion metrics, including staffing trends.
Collaborating closely with DEI team members to identify key data needs and requirements to enhance the department's strategies and programs.
Partnering with IT to enhance DEI dashboard, data visualization, data pipeline, workflows, and database(s).
Creating data visualizations to communicating DEI insights to stakeholders.
Collaborating with firm leadership, partners, and business units to understand their business needs, data outputs, and its relevance to DEI initiatives.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment between DEI initiatives and broader organizational goals and priorities, leveraging data to drive consensus and action.
Developing and maintaining reports to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of existing DEI activities, including quarterly data reports and PowerPoint presentations for the Chief DEI Officer.
Ensuring data quality and integrity and alerting necessary data owners to resolve discrepancies.
Communicating DEI data findings, progress, and challenges to firm leadership, partners, employees, and other stakeholders.
The successful candidate will demonstrate...
4-years of experience in data analysis, statistical analysis, and utilizing visualization tools, with a focus on implementing data solutions within a professional services department serving an entire organization, or an equivalent blend of training and hands-on experience.
Experience translating data into compelling narratives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced expertise in Excel. Interest in learning about DEI.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data with discretion.
Demonstrated proficiency in data management, analysis, or database administration.
Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
Attention to detail with a keen focus on accuracy and data integrity.
A client service-oriented mindset with a commitment to responsiveness and follow-through.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new software.
