This person will be responsible for managing all plant operations, including labor forecasting, budgeting, production scheduling, and maintaining all safety requirements.

This person will lead and develop training initiatives to maintain and grow a skilled and motivated work environment.


Job RequirementsRequirements:
Minimum 10 years in management role for manufacturing companyStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, including, machinery, production, and fabrication. Knowledge of mechanical manufacturing, electrical systems, and piping preferredBachelor's Degree preferredKnowledge in budgeting and labor forecasting.
Able to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment. Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of quality management systems and safety regulations preferred.
Computer skills including, excel, Microsoft, and google platforms.
