    Regal Professional Services is currently seeking to add a Business Development Manager to market our services. If you are looking for an outside sales career that offers an aggressive, performance-based compensation plan, we have a great opportunity for you

    Compensation: $50k + commission

    Responsibilities:
    • Actively hunt the DFW market for new customers by marketing calls, cold calls, prospect visits, and creating proposals
    • Track all customer information including but not limited to prospect basic information, opportunity forecasting, contact information, and daily activities (email, calls, site visits, meetings) into the company's CRM
    • Develop, prepare, and present comprehensive and competitive sales proposals
    • Continuously evaluate competitive activity and improve on sales technique to attain new accounts
    • Provide customers with the highest standard of customer service consistent with the company's core values through contact, follow up, and consultation after the sale to promote growth in the assigned territory
    Requirements:
    • Proficient use of Microsoft Office including Power Point, Excel, and Outlook
    • Minimum 1-2 years of outside sales experience
    • High energy and positive attitude
    • Strong work ethic and highly motivated to win
    • Self-starter and can work independently
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
