- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or University.
- Current LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C, LCPC, LGMFT, LCMFT, LGPAT, or LCPAT Maryland State License.
- Experience providing therapeutic services to children and families.
- At least one year of post-graduate experience.
- Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy
- Develop and execute comprehensive treatment plans
- Complete assessments and related clinical documentation
- Deliver trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices
- Engage as an active member of, and provide clinical consultation to, a collaborative treatment team
- Trauma training and nationally recognized certification paid

It is an independent not-for-profit organization that is focused on serving children and their families. It has evolved and adapted from orphanages opened 140+ years ago to being a leader in providing high-quality behavioral health, educational, and residential services across the Mid-Atlantic. What is the Strawbridge School?
The Strawbridge School is a non-public school, approved by the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE). Our Whole Child program provides intentionally small, caring classroom settings guided by certified special education teachers. The Strawbridge School services youth with emotional, behavioral, and/intellectual differences. The Strawbridge School provides a supportive and nurturing environment that addresses the unique educational needs of students who have been unable to thrive in less-restrictive public-school settings.

This is a full-time, in-person position based out of our Baltimore, Maryland Campus.
Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eligible for flex schedule. Non-essential for snow emergencies.
