    Job Title:

    Project Accountant

    About the Role:

    We are seeking an experienced construction Project Accountant to join our Finance team at Hudson Meridian Construction Group.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing primary accounting support for assigned projects from startup through final closeout.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Preparation and issuing of client requisitions for assigned projects in accordance with the client contract.
    • Reviewing owner contracts, subcontracts, and abstracting contract information as needed for billing purposes.
    • Performing activities related to contracts, bonds, insurance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, liens, payroll/cost/budget reports for the project management team.

    Requirements:

    An experience with CMIC is preferred.
