    Description

    The Parts Specialist role at O'Reilly Auto Parts requires a high level of service provision to retail and installer customers. This position supports store management in achieving assigned tasks, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Follow and promote company customer service programs, including Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, and Rock the Call.
    • Promptly greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner, assisting them in selecting merchandise.
    • Support managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers as needed.

    This position requires excellent communication skills, with the ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences and provide outstanding customer service. Multitasking is also essential, handling customers on the phone and in-store simultaneously.

    Desired Qualifications

    • Familiarity with automotive parts, cataloging, and weatherly index systems.
    • ASE certification and fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
