    Description

    About the Position:

    • We are seeking a highly skilled Staffing Specialist to perform various clerical functions and tasks related to nursing department needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Interact with nursing staff and leadership to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
    2. Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
    3. Maintain accurate records and reports using Kronos scheduling and timecard programs.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Minimum 3 years secretarial/administrative experience.
    • Ability to type/keyboard at 50 wpm.
    • Preferred experience with Microsoft Office products.
