- Provide on-site installation and technical support.
- Fleet Inspection and ensuring damaged or repairs are completed in a timely manner.
- Ensuring Job Boxes, lifting equipment is properly maintained and charged back to the customer when used or lost.
- Educating customers on slide rail systems through demonstrations and training.
- Educate district personnel on properly identifying slide rail/beam and plate opportunities.
- Educate customer employees on the safe and proper installation/extraction and use of protective systems Responsible for cleaning, adjusting, calibrating, and maintaining NTS products to ensure they function properly before going out to clients.
- Performs assigned labor jobs, such as plant sweeping, product repair, pallet repair, and scrap bundling and stacking on a pallet, trash removal, etc.
- Conveys materials and items from receiving and production areas to storage and other designated areas.
- May use some tools, including power tools, to grind, finish, drill, or prepare products for delivery.
- May assist drivers in loading and unloading, as directed.
- Maintains inventory records of items received or distributed.
- Must have ability to learn, show adaptability to cross training, and exercise a high level of job performance.
- May perform property tending duties, such as grass mowing, watering, or edging; water mop-up; or other duties as directed.

Description
Role Summary:
The primary objective of the Engineered System Advisor is to support the business development effort within branch and district.
Job duties include field installation support, sales support, fleet inspection and other day to day operational activities at the branch.
The advisor will be at the customer location supporting installations up to 50% of the time. The remaining 50% will be spent at the home branch supporting the sales and ops teams.Job Responsibilities:
Required experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
1-3 years of experience on Slide Rail Systems and Installation
Underground construction experience 3-5 years
Knowledge of underground construction equipment capabilities, soil conditions, and safe working capacities.
General knowledge of OSHA safe working practices.
Specific knowledge of the OSHA and applicable state and local requirements relative to Trench and Excavation Shoring and Shielding.
Working knowledge of major manufacturers slide rail systems
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to read and interpret underground construction engineering plans and soils reports.
Ability to travel. Travel requirements up to 75%.
