Description
Intern will support Manager of Engagement, Communications & Culture in the day-to-day operations around engagement and community.
Responsibilities
Assists with the development/design/content for communication materials such as posters, flyers and other forms of print media
Assists with updating communications throughout the DC
Manages social media platforms for the DC
Organizes and maintains files related to committee meetings - minutes, attendance records, agendas, assignments, meeting schedules
Brainstorms/provides ideas to improve engagement and culture
Prepares for DC and community events and programs to include scheduling, ordering supplies, setting up meeting/activity areas
Produces reports from compiled feedback data
Assists with all administrative functions for People/Culture initiatives

Organized, detail-oriented
Capable of juggling multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of utilizing social media platforms for businesses (required)
Proficient in Microsoft Applications (required); Advanced skills preferred with experience preparing PowerPoint presentations
Comfortable and familiar with the latest technology as it relates to desired skills
Enthusiasm and high-energy
Ideal candidate must be enrolled or pursing a degree in Human Resources, Business or related program OR have experience with assisting or
interning with a similar role or duties.
