    Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

    Job Duties include but are not limited to:

    Managing annual budgeting, forecasting, and the long range-range financial planning process.

    Developing and maintaining complex financial models and supporting decision making.

    Analyzing financial data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.

    Liaising with senior management, heads of departments, and other key leadership.

    Building annual budgets and forecasts for different business units and consolidate them into one master budget.

    Analyzing past financial performance, preparing competitor analysis, and examining market trends along with commentary for management.

    Providing financial insights and projections to the accounting team.

    Preparing accurate monthly financial reports, identifying action teams, and effectively framing decisions that need to be made.

    Leading real-time financial performance monitoring.

    Escalating any financial issues to management.

    Setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPI's) and objectives.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
    • CPA certification is highly favorable but not a must.

    Required Skills:

    • Experience working with an audit consultancy firm is preferred.
    • Experience in accounting in a construction or construction service company.
    • Must be extremely organized and have an exceptional eye for detail.
    • Must be fluent in QuickBooks. In addition, must have extensive experience with Microsoft Excel.

    Salary:
    $70,000-$90,000 DOE.
