    This Manager, HR Technology and Strategy role will lead our HR technology and artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives and drive innovation within our organization.

    The Manager role will be responsible for developing and implementing technology.

    The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR and AI technologies, excellent leadership qualities, and a proven track record of successfully implementing HR technology and AI solutions.

    Responsibilities

    Develop and execute the HR organization's technology and strategy, in alignment with business goals and objectives.

    Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure successful project execution for all involved.

    Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and platforms to determine their applicability to the organization's needs.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology opportunities, define project scopes, and establish project timelines and budgets.

    Drive the development and deployment of solutions to solve complex business problems.

    Ensure compliance with ethical and legal guidelines in all technology deployments, including data privacy and security considerations.

    Monitor and evaluate the performance of applications and systems, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.


    Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in HR technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and proactively recommend innovative solutions to enhance business processes.


    Ability to self-learn and foster a culture of innovation and learning within the AI team, encouraging the sharing of knowledge and ideas.

    Collaborate with stakeholders to provide related training, support, and education to enhance their understanding and adoption of HR technologies.

    Significant Work Activities -Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
