    Our client is a non-profit organization that specializes in providing childcare programs and services for people in lower-income communities. We are searching for a smart HRIS Application Support Specialist to join our client's office, located in the city of Chatsworth, CA
    This is a full-time hybrid, temp position until the end of the year.

    Schedule:
    Monday to Friday. Hours are from 8 am to 5:00 pm. This is a hybrid position, every Tuesday and Thursday, you must report to the office. You must be able to do this and be located near Chatsworth CA to be eligible for this position

    This position is a combination of both Admin and IT work. You will be responsible for maintaining the application database and dealing with tickets.

    Translate business requirements into efficient processes and applications, collaborating on improvements.

    Provide expert support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure software compliance.
    ·

    Administer applications, manage user security, and ensure regulatory compliance.
    ·

    Research, train users, and update technical documentation.
    ·

    Monitor and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements.
    ·

    Generate documentation and reports for audits and program-related data.
    ·

    Develop and maintain reporting queries, delivering reporting solutions.
    ·

    Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and audits for reporting integrity.
    ·

    Review software effectiveness periodically and develop improvement strategies.
    ·

    Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
    ·

    Utilize project management processes for application upgrades.
    ·

    Stay updated on technology trends and apply new technologies.
    ·

    Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal requirements.
    ·

    Participate in meetings and workgroups as assigned.
    ·

    Perform other assigned duties.
