    ECS is seeking a Senior Cloud Security Manager to work in our Arlington, VA office.

    Job Description:

    ECS needs an experienced and enthusiastic Senior-Level Cloud and Security Manager to support the ARMY in the Arlington/Crystal City VA area

    ECS plays an integral role in providing Cloud and Security support for the Army Global Force Information Management (GFIM) Program. We are part of the 6 pillars of the BMA, our contract is in support of the DAMO-SOE. The GFIM Program is responsible for planning, designing, and supporting mobilization of the Army. The Cloud and Security expert will be the advisor to help the guide the government through the IATT and ATO packages for the GFIM OE materiel solution.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ability to develop and craft: System Security Plan (SSP), System Assessment Plan (SAP), System Assessment Report (SAR), Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M)
    • Provide advice and guidance for developing the GFIM OE Security Classification Guide
    • Participate in the Enterprise Cloud Management Agency (ECMA) meetings
    • Lead Cloud Governance Discussions
    • Support the IATT and ATO material development process for the GFIM OE
    • Provide consulting services around NIST Cloud standards, Zero Trust Guidance and Digital Transformation initiatives

    Required Skills:

    • Establish, monitor, measure, assess and report performance metrics for investments.
    • Develop reports for executive reporting; and providing support for Cloud and Security.
    • Compliance to NIST 800- Series, FIPS 199, FIPS 200, FISMA, FedRAMP
    • Support Cloud Governance activities and support proposed governance structures.
    • Establish a Cloud Governance Framework

    Desired Skills:

    • 10+ years Information Technology experience
    • Strong modeling and reporting experience with ARIS
    • Demonstrate experience with AWS Cloud, NIST Standards, FISMA and Security Standards
    • Strong communication skills
    • Bachelor's Degree
