- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 4+ years of high-volume recruitment experience
- 4+ years of administrative and project coordination experience
- 2+ years of supporting talent acquisition or staffing teams
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite products and ATS systems
- Successful in building relationships and partnering with business leaders
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of current employment laws
- Effective communication skills with strong interpersonal effectiveness

JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition (TA) Administrator to support the professional staffing team. Responsibilities include managing talent acquisition processes, coordinating candidate travel, overseeing staffing invoices, and recruiting for various positions.
