    We have a fantastic career opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join the Blue Bird Human Resources Team.

    JOB SUMMARY:

    We are seeking a Talent Acquisition (TA) Administrator to support the professional staffing team. Responsibilities include managing talent acquisition processes, coordinating candidate travel, overseeing staffing invoices, and recruiting for various positions.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Support employment functions and ensure a smooth recruitment process
    • Collaborate with various teams to enhance the candidate experience
    • Create job requisitions and post on appropriate platforms
    • Coordinate interview schedules and assist in managing staffing process documentation
    • Support marketing and branding initiatives through networking events
    • Handle professional staffing invoicing and provide recruiting support
    • Perform other related duties as assigned

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • 4+ years of high-volume recruitment experience
    • 4+ years of administrative and project coordination experience
    • 2+ years of supporting talent acquisition or staffing teams

    TO BE A GOOD FIT:

    • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite products and ATS systems
    • Successful in building relationships and partnering with business leaders
    • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
    • Knowledge of current employment laws
    • Effective communication skills with strong interpersonal effectiveness
