    Job Summary:


    We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesman to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will engage with potential customers directly, educating them about our services and helping them make informed decisions. The Sales professional will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets. $50K-$95K earning potential based on commission.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Contact potential customers by knocking on doors in assigned residential areas (Victoria, Texas).
    • Answer questions and address concerns raised by potential customers.
    • Close sales and complete necessary paperwork for sales transactions.
    • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer information, sales calls, and sales results.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and product/service updates.


    Experience:

    • Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in door-to-door sales.
    • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Familiarity with the product/service being sold is a plus.

    Additional Information:
    This position may require working evenings and weekends.
    Desirable working hours to achieve success – 3pm to 8pm.
    Reliable transportation is essential.

    Training will be provided.
