Osborn Engineering is a recognized multi-disciplinary design leader. As part of its continued strategic growth, Osborn is seeking candidates to join our team as a Marketing Associate.

The Marketing Associate strategically assists with the business development and marketing process, including proposals, presentation preparation, marketing database, and graphics-related projects.

Osborn is a fully integrated multi-disciplined design firm that uses a specialized team approach to engineering projects.

These teams are comprised of a staff of professionals that provide designs for all phases of a wide range of projects.

Osborn has specialists in civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and life safety, technology engineering, transportation and commissioning.

Position Responsibilities:
RFQ/RFP Process

- assist or take lead on proposal documents, with strong input on strategy, content, layout, schedule and production
Market Sector Qualifications

– development and upkeep of specific market sector quals including coordination with technical staff for creation of new project profiles and website maintenance.
Social Media & PR

– work with leaders to create new content and graphics for social media, manage print/e-media, e-mail blasts, maintain award submissions
Marketing Database

- create/maintain database of all graphic/written content
Implement Marketing Initiatives

- including white papers, speaking engagements, collateral materials (brochures, books, banners, trade-show, business cards, etc.)
Presentations

- take lead on creating presentations for marketing or interviews
Photography

- coordinate photography of built work
Strategy

- work with Manager and Director on annual marketing plan and budget
Job Requirements/Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
3 or more years of marketing/communication experience
A/E/C Industry experience is highly desired.
Ability to lead proposal and strategy process – working with key market leaders.
Establish solid client relationships (architects, owners, sub consultants)
Proficient in a variety of social media platforms including but not limited to Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
Writing background – editing, proofing and creation of content. This position will require content to be created and updated regularly.
Graphic Design - creating proposals, brochures, banners, editing photos, etc. through Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe InDesign required; Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus)
Presentation Skills – PowerPoint, Prezi, Interactive PDF, or other advanced software
CRM/Data Collection - Deltek Vantagepoint, Unanet/Cosential and MS Excel
