We have immediate openings for a Rebuild Mechanic Must have experience rebuilding reciprocating compressors industrial engines trouble shoot mechanical issues read prints determine replacement parts needed provide written reports to management must have minimum of 3 years experience own tools job Location Onsite in Catoosa OK Requirements
- Disassemble clean inspect repair reassemble reciprocating engines compressors auxiliary equipment.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments micrometers dial indicators bore gauges calipers assess part dimensions integrity.
- Collaborate team members analyze inspection results develop effective repair plans Handle store organize components prevent damage loss Perform reassembly repaired replaced components technical specifications quality standards Oversee sign test runs quality assurance checks Operate overhead cranes torches grinders forklifts required Adhere safety regulations company HSE procedures proper use PPE Maintain clean organized work environment Record parts materials used process requisitions report inventory needs Troubleshoot mechanical issues reads prints determine replacement parts needed Work overtime nights weekends required by management
