    Job SummaryFlagship is seeking a high-energy Marketing Director with an entrepreneurial spirit and a marketing generalist's broad experience to manage our marketing and proposal teams and their initiatives.

    Our in-house team includes creative, branding, event, content, digital, presentation and social media professionals.

    Flagship has ambitious growth goals, and the ideal Marketing Director will lead our brand expansion into new markets and new service delivery models coordinating with Sales and Operations teams.

    We are looking for marketers that have demonstrated success in managing high performing internal marketing teams to create, execute, and analyze internal and external multi-channel campaigns.

    We're invested in inbound marketing methodology, social selling, and programmatic advertising - our Marketing Director will be responsible for vendor management for these applications and needs a working knowledge of those tools and their role in our processes.

    Our Marketing Director is involved in many facets of the organization, including a close partnership with Human Resources/Internal Communications to support Flagship's employee engagement and internal communication efforts.

    Beyond guiding the creation and execution of annual marketing, social and event calendars for each segment/region, the Marketing Director will work closely with the Senior Vice President of Sales on growth strategy, value proposition development and lead generation.

    Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations.

    Lead the development of our annual marketing plans working closely with sales, management, creative, content and social teams, to create an effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on growing audiences for our services.

    Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of the annual marketing calendar, including design of test/control segmentation, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations.

    Oversee and develop the Marketing and Bid team, ensuring a high production value on deliverables while consistently providing performance feedback, training needs, and leadership development opportunities.

    Work with Sales and Operations to support organic growth goals within established client base.

    Understand key marketing performance metrics and technologies to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends and then to translate that information into actionable insights for the Sales and Marketing team.

    Regularly interface with the VP of Sales to review pipeline, resolve challenges, and present possible solutions, and provide ongoing training to ensure team consistently performs above standard.

    Oversee strategy and attendance/participation at conventions, conferences, and tradeshows, leading the team in preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and providing post-event marketing, reports and analysis.

    Knowledge and SkillsExcellent leadership, communication, organizational and decision-making skillsDemonstrable experience leading and managing web development, content and collateral development, promotional, SEO/SEM, automated marketing initiatives, and email, social media and programmatic campaignsExperience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketingHighly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising successful campaigns that engage, inform and motivateExperience in optimizing landing pages and user funnelsExperience with A/B and multivariate experimentsSolid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)Proven ability to plan and manage to a budgetExperience in both out bound and inbound marketing methods, including leveraging automated marketing systems (Pardot, Hubspot)Experience in managing Bid and Proposal development teamsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, VisioAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentEducation and Work ExperienceBachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications required; MBA preferredAt least 10 years in senior marketing management roles with increasing responsibility and demonstrated success in creating/executing effective, multi-channel marketing campaigns to meet business objectives.

    Facility services industry experience preferred but not requiredWork EnvironmentMedium-to-large office environmentFast paced office environment.
