    Our fast-paced Personal Injury Law Firm, with offices throughout the state of Ohio, is growing, and we seek to hire an experienced full-time Client Intake Specialist.

    You'll serve as the compassionate voice of our law firm, fielding inbound calls from prospective clients. This is a great opportunity for individuals with inside sales/telesales experience.

    *Job Title:
    Intake Specialist - NO COLD CALLING

    *Qualifications:
    • Minimum two years of sales experience, customer service experience, or legal intake role.
    • Resourceful and motivated to solve issues as they arise
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Proven track record of meeting goals and deadlines for at least two years
    *Responsibilities:
    • First point of contact with prospective clients, will screen leads, and will be responsible for obtaining case details that will allow the firm to determine if a case should be accepted.
    • Screen incoming potential client phone calls to ensure the case falls within the firm's scope.
    • Monitor/contact all potential new client inquiries (email, internet, phone, and referrals on a pending list)
    • Contact potential client and establish a relationship with the client
    • Update logs and reporting systems to reflect the status of potential new clients
    • Conduct potential new client interviews with empathy and compassion
    • Collaborate with our attorneys to complete the initial consultation process
    • Follow instructions from the supervising Intake attorney and perform accordingly
    • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and other staff members to smoothly transition cases from intake to representation. Communicate client needs and expectations effectively.
    • Maintain high professionalism, courtesy, and confidentiality when interacting with clients. Ensure a positive client experience and always represent the firm's values.
