- Oversee the accurate and timely completion of the Payroll process.
- Ensure excellence and cleanliness in the dining room while maintaining appropriate inventory and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with DOL/Health Department regulations.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a similar establishment
- Proficient knowledge of systems and processes in restaurant management
- Strong business and financial acumen
- English fluency and Spanish knowledge preferred
