    Description

    Eastern Point Collective restaurant group is seeking creative, responsible, friendly, and wine-savvy human to join our restaurant management team at our Capitol Hill location. We have 3 concepts operating as one business in the heart of Eastern Market. We are looking for people who have come from larger spaces and are comfortable with multiple venues. The team behind La Collina, The Wells and The Duck & The Peach is looking for a restaurant manager to join the team.

    What you will do:
    • Lead and inspire our team to consistently deliver memorable and hospitable experiences to our guests.
    • Foster a culture of authentic hospitality that supports our business objectives and growth.
    • Collaborate with our management team to gather and act upon guest feedback, enhancing the overall experience.
    • Provide positive and constructive feedback to develop a high-performing team dedicated to hospitality and achieving business goals.
    • Cultivate a strong partnership with the kitchen management team, ensuring alignment on business goals.
    • Offer coaching and guidance to all team members, promoting growth and development opportunities.
    • Actively promote diversity, inclusion, and belonging within our growing team.
    • Balance day-to-day operational and administrative responsibilities with a focus on both short-term and long-term business health.
    • Develop infrastructures and foundations for operational excellence, streamlining processes and systems.
    • Build trusted relationships with other leaders to encourage communication, collaboration, and sharing of best practices.
    • Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
    • Maintain positive working relationships with kitchen leaders and staff throughout service periods.
    • Provide support to service staff and actively participate in the service cycle when necessary.
    • Ensure HR practices and policies are followed, holding team members accountable to all standards and practices.
    • Oversee the accurate and timely completion of the Payroll process.
    • Ensure excellence and cleanliness in the dining room while maintaining appropriate inventory and service standards.
    • Ensure compliance with DOL/Health Department regulations.
    What we will need from you:
    • 3+ years of leadership experience in a similar establishment
    • Proficient knowledge of systems and processes in restaurant management
    • Strong business and financial acumen
    • English fluency and Spanish knowledge preferred
