The Nurse Practitioner provides direct client care, including assessing, diagnosing, planning, and prescribing pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment of health problems, health promotion and preventive care within this specialized area of practice.Responsibilities
- The Nurse Practitioner is involved in practice activities with the goal of improving the quality of care in both the outpatient and inpatient setting.
- This role will primarily be covering our adult and adolescent PHP programs (12 patients/program) and will have an inpatient caseload of up to 10 patients per day (subject to change based on coverage need).
