    Help Our Residents Live Better Lives
    • Since 1983, we've been a leading force in senior care, providing the highest quality services on our beautiful 120-acre Silver Spring, MD campus. We're part of a growing national network with communities in 11 states. You'll provide essential nursing care in a Medicare-certified home care agency, ensuring our residents receive personalized attention.

      As a Home Health RN, you'll play a key role in improving their quality of life without the need for travel outside our community.

    *Assess residents' needs and collaborate with them, their families, and physicians to develop individualized care plans.

    • Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care following established standards and procedures.
    • Monitor resident health, communicate changes, and ensure plans are followed.
    • Participate in care conferences, train fellow nurses, and orient Home Health Aides.
    *Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse degree program

    • Prior experience in Medicare-certified home health
    *Monday - Friday; 1 weekend rotation per month

    • 44 - $50 per/hour
