Operations & Accounting Manager - Kansas City, United States - Exponent

    Default job background
    Description
Join a premier wealth management firm overseeing $3B AUM as an Accounting & Ops Manager.

This is a unique opportunity to move into a dynamic operations-focused leadership role at a firm with heavy acquisition interest from industry leaders.

It comes with options for an equity stake and a path to move into the COO / CFO seat based on performance.

The firm possesses a strong performance record and rejuvenation under a new management team aimed at accelerating growth.

Culture does have a button-up approach due to customers (primarily high-net investors) regularly being in and out of the office.

However, the managing partners drive a youthful and light working environment.
