    Perfusionist position involving call duties.
    Job Requirements

    Certification by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion required.
    Active professional license for the State of Louisiana required.

    BLS certification required (AHA or ARC).
    Schedule Information

    Call schedule.
    Additional Details

    Proof of COVID-19 vaccine or exemption accepted.
    Proof of MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, TB Test, Varicella, Tdap immunizations or declinations accepted as per policy.
    Fit Test (N95 mask) required within 1 year prior to start, updated annually.
    Annual TB Questionnaire required within 6 months of start.
    Health statement signed within 1 year of start stating ability to work without restrictions.
    Proof of negative drug screen within 30 days prior to start.
    Various background checks and verifications required including criminal background, education, employment, and driving record.
    Completion of FMOLHS Skills Checklist, Competency Exam, Core Competencies, and other required education packets and forms.
