Provides leadership to staff of the 24-hour Crisis Residential facility focusing on returning an individual to their pre-crisis level of functioning through skills training, medication, and symptom management, and assisting individuals in gaining access to mental health, medical, social vocational, financial and other needed services.
Provides site monitoring. This is a grant funded position. Performs advance care and living skills training work in a residential environment. Work involves coordinating educational plans and planning activities for academic, daily living, leisure, and social skills. Assigns and/or supervise the work of others.Works under minimal supervision, with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment in order to intervene during a crisis.
Education, Training and Experience (including licensure and certification)Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university and/or a master's degree in behavioral sciences, social sciences,
humanities, or a related field and one (1) year prior experience in a mental health field and licensure to qualify as a LPHA (Licensed
