If so, we want you on our team We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our dynamic team, specializing in the development and delivery of luxury apartment buildings.

    In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our project team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication across all phases of construction.


    Responsibilities:

    Manage and maintain all project documentation, including contracts, specifications, submittals, RFIs (Request for Information), change orders, and meeting minutes.

    Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, tracking progress and identifying potential variances. Assist with the preparation of bid packages and manage the procurement process for materials and equipment. Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors. Coordinate and prepare submittal and RFI processes, ensuring timely responses and approvals. Manage project closeouts, including final documentation and warranty administration. Track and report project costs, invoices, and budgets, ensuring financial accuracy. Prepare presentations and reports for project managers and senior management. Maintain a comprehensive project filing system for easy access and retrieval of information.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction project administration (required). Experience in high-end multi-family construction a plus. Strong understanding of construction terminology, contracts, and project management principles. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid). Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
