    Castle Peak, a Cassia senior living community in Eagle, CO, is currently seeking
    PRN Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN s) to help our residents experience independence and dignity within a loving community atmosphere.

    We are seeking passionate and dedicated skilled nursing professionals who want to make a difference in our resident's lives.


    As a
    PRN Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) at Castle Peak , you'll provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes.


    The ideal candidate is a skilled and dependable Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is committed to enhancing the lives of older adults.

    Position Type:

    PRN

    Wage Range:

    Registered Nurse:
    $ per hour depending on experience

    Licensed Practical Nurse:
    $ $37.00 per hour depending on experience

    Location: 195 Freestone Road, Eagle, Colorado 81631


    RN / LPN Responsibilities:

    • Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
    • Works to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
    • Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
    • Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
    • Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
    • Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
    • Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.
    • Performs additional duties as required.

    RN / LPN Qualifications:

    • Current CO Nursing License.
    • Prior experience in geriatric care strongly preferred.
    • Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
