    The New York office of my AmLaw 100 client has an opening for a mid-senior level associate in the firm's Banking & Finance group. We are looking for a lawyer with 2-6 years' experience in banking transactions. Stellar academic credentials and major law firm experience required. Strong leverage and acquisition finance experience and an expertise in private credit and refinancing preferred.

    This practice is focused on representing lenders and borrowers in a wide range of debt financings, both domestically and internationally, including private credit transactions, syndicated credit facilities and growth capital financings.
