Job description
There is a full-time Administrative Assistant III position available at the North Atherton Financial Center in State College, PA, Centre County.The Administrative Assistant III is responsible for providing advanced administrative, budgetary, and business operations support to senior management and key departments across Kish. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality service, supporting reporting and documentation needs, coordinating audit and exam requests, and assisting with operational reporting and tracking and special projects. The candidate is highly organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive, high-level administrative and operational support for assigned senior management, departments, leaders, and organizational initiatives.
- Support day-to-day office operations, including mail processing, meeting space coordination, and general administrative needs.
- Coordinate requests and compile, distribute, and track information across departments.
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute departmental, operational, and program-related reports.
- Perform clerical and administrative duties including scheduling meetings, arranging appointments, taking meeting minutes, filing, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation to support consistency, examinations, audits, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field preferred, not required.
- 4+ years of progressive administrative support experience, with at least 2 years supporting departmental and senior management level leaders.
- Demonstrated experience operating independently in a complex, regulated environment.
- Experience supporting senior leaders and handling confidential financial information.
- Working knowledge of financial industry.
