    Position Overview
    The Director of Clinical Operations is responsible for overseeing the management and efficiency of clinic operations. This role involves analyzing workflows, implementing process improvements, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. The Director works closely with leadership, staff, and external partners to enhance healthcare delivery and operational effectiveness.

    Key Deliverables

    • Develop and implement strategies for clinic management and process improvements.
    • Lead cross-functional teams to address operational inefficiencies and enhance patient care delivery.
    • Utilize data analytics to monitor performance and inform decision-making.
    • Promote best practices and innovative solutions within clinic operations with documented PDSA and other metrics
    • Support consistent workflows at all clinic sites.

    CORE ROLES:

    • Clinic Management: Oversee the daily operations of all clinical sites, ensuring efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
    • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives to enhance clinic operations and patient care.
    • Data Analysis: Use data-driven approaches to monitor clinic performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
    • Leadership: Lead and mentor clinic staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Neighborhood Family Practice site managers will directly report to this role.

    Qualifications

    • 3- 5 years' experience in healthcare operations management.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
    • Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards i.e. HRSA and Joint Commission
    • Must have knowledge of EPIC clinical and scheduling.

    Essential Physical Demands and Working Environment:

    Office work environment. Must be able to travel to all sites as needed. Requires prolonged sitting, standing, and general office activities. Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds may be required.
