    As a manager, you will lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. You may also lead departments, managing assigned systems like training, food safety, and inventory management.

    You will oversee the Guest Service Department, making sure crew and managers deliver an exceptional customer experience. This includes sales promotions, staff training in service procedures, and organizing the Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas.

    The Kitchen Department Manager's responsibilities include ensuring the restaurant delivers high-quality food quickly, maintaining food safety, controlling food costs, and training kitchen staff in production procedures.

    In the People Department, you will ensure the restaurant hires qualified crew, trains them well, and schedules them to meet sales and profit goals. You will also help new crew members get started and provide recognition and motivation throughout their time working at the restaurant.

    We are looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Previous managerial experience is preferred, especially within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
