    Job DescriptionK-tech Kleening has been one of the top property cleaning and restoration companies in Central and Northern Wisconsin since 1975. K-tech provides carpet and air duct cleaning services as well as restoration services to local home and business owners who have suffered property damage resulting from water, fire, mold, wind or other catastrophic related events. Utilizing the most innovative tools of the trade, partnered with experience and sincere empathy toward each situation encountered makes K-tech the top choice for most customers.

    K-tech Kleening is seeking an individual to be an assistant to our Cleaning and Restoration Leads.

    Position Summary / Purpose


    Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the companys obligations through the timely and effective delivery of cleaning, repairing and restoration services.

    Provide support to Service Specialists in the performance of our cleaning services and the daily maintenance of service vehicles and equipment.

    Principle Duties and Responsibilities - Assist with
    • Carpet cleaning
    • Upholstery cleaning
    • Air Duct Cleaning
    • Deodorizer / Scotchgard Applications
    • Water/Fire and Mold Remediation
    • Communicate effectively with customers
    • Perform basic equipment maintenance
    • Perform basic vehicle maintenance
    • Complete daily log
    • Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation
    Additional Duties and Responsibilities
    • Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools and materials for company vehicles
    • Basic building maintenance
    • Daily cleaning of outside of vehicles
    Performance Competencies

    Qualifications - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
    • Education and Experience
    High school (or GED) diploma

    Valid Drivers License a plus

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.

    Working Conditions
    • The work of this position is predominantly carried out on the customers property. Employee may encounter facilities where standing water and sewage are present, heat is unavailable due to lack of utilities, fire damage has occurred and mold or other organic growth exists. Daily exposure to the shop where vehicles and equipment are housed and maintained is typical.
    • Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
