Description

DRG is currently looking for a skilled Proposal Writer/Technical Editor to join our team and support us in developing proposals, executing contracts, and preparing company editorials for publication. We need someone who can take complex technical information and turn it into clear and user-friendly content for our clients.

In this role, you'll be responsible for outlining proposal requirements, managing timelines, and writing proposals to ensure we meet all the technical criteria set out in solicitations. To excel in this position, you'll need strong writing abilities, attention to detail, consistency, flexibility, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to meet deadlines.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Research, write, format, edit, and proofread end-user content for proposals, contracts, and publications.
Research client needs and industry trends to customize proposals effectively.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and other teams to gather information for accurate proposals.
Deliver clear and concise content in various formats.
Maintain and update standard technical write-ups and past performance data.
Assist in documentation planning, technical reviews, and archiving.
Support senior staff with writing and organizing proposal responses.
Analyze solicitation requirements and instructions for offerors.
Organize a library of proposal materials and case studies.
Coordinate with various teams to ensure all submission requirements are met.
Engage with SMEs, program managers, and stakeholders.
Provide project updates to stakeholders as needed.
Stay informed about industry trends in proposal writing.
