    Description

    Job Description

    Job DescriptionApplicant must be able to perform customer transactions on cash register successfully and accurately. Applicant must be able to provide a clean and well merchandised convenience store with excellent customer service and have a teamwork attitude. .Applicant must have proper transportation to & from work.
    Once applicant completes training program, must be able to work alone.
    Applicant must be available Monday-Sunday. Once successfully trained, team member will receive one weekend off a month.
    Applicant must be available 1:45pm to close. Close is anywhere form 9pm-11pm depending on the day of week.
    Once hired, new Team Member is given 30, 60, & 90 day evaluations. Team member will receive raise(s) depending on evaluation score.
    Team Members are also given six months and annual evaluations.

    Once a Team Member has been employed with the company at least one year the Team Member will be eligible for vacation and vacation pay four months after anniversary of their hire date.

    Team Members excelling in their position can be considered in their leadership position.
    Leadership position include life insurance benefits.
