KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Contracts Compliance -Risk Services to join our Advisory Technology Organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead royalty audits with a focuson digital service providers, home video, television, theatrical distribution,and participation agreements
- Audit complex music industrycontracts with DSPs, ensuring accurate reporting of royalty and participationrevenue streams
- Utilize big data analytics toolsto identify anomalies, trends, and risks in royalty/licensing data
- Integrate machine learning modelsand large language models (LLMs) into audit processes for automated contractanalysis, anomaly detection, and predictive risk modeling
- Oversee design and implementationof AI-powered workflows and intelligent process automation (IPA) to improveaudit efficiency
- Act with integrity,professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful andcourteous work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum fiive years of recent experience as amanager in the audit, compliance, or financial advisory space; extensiveexperience in royalty audits, particularly with digital music platforms anddistribution channels
- Bachelor's degree in business orrelated field from an accredited college/university is required
- Hands-on experience conductingaudits across multiple media formats, home video, television, theatrical, andparticipation agreements
- Proven use of big data analyticsand AI/ML tools (including LLMs) for contract analysis, predictive riskassessment, and anomaly detection
- Strong understanding ofintelligent process automation and AI-driven workflow implementation
- Travel up to twenty-five percent domestic and occasionalinternational
