    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Administrative Support:
      • Manage office facilities, including coordination with vendors and maintenance of internet and phone services
      • Provide receptionist services one day per week and offer backup support on other days
      • Support mail processing for incoming and outgoing mail
    • Financial and Accounting Support:
      • Lead payroll processing, including timesheet tracking and review
      • Support receipt reconciliation across teams using digital platforms
      • Assist with preparation of financial materials for invoicing, reporting, or audit
    • Technology and Systems Management:
      • Develop and maintain internal tech policies, including data security and responsible AI use
      • Maintain inventory of hardware and support computer management, primarily led by the IT Manager (contractor)
      • Manage usage and access to software platforms, including Google Workspace and Zoom
    • Special Projects and Events:
      • Participate in events, such as staff retreats, fundraising events, and trainings
      • Download Board of Parole Hearings data regularly
      • Support additional projects as needed
